About the Role:
This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our recreational facilities. As a Facility Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for renters and visitors, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained.
Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist renters and visitors, ensuring they have a positive experience
* Ensure that facilities are clean and well-maintained, including restrooms and common areas
* Collect rental payments and process payments according to procedure
* Supervise and monitor activities in the facilities, ensuring safety and security
* Communicate with CommUNITY Center Director as needed
Requirements:
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Basic knowledge of building maintenance and operations
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
Working Conditions:
This position requires working varied shifts, including evenings and weekends. A background check is required for this position.
Salary: $15-$20 per hour, based on experience.
