Executive Director of Academic Operations

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Executive Director of Academic Operations to lead the day-to-day operations of our academic programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, and implementing the overall strategy for our graduate studies programs, ensuring alignment with the TTUHSC El Paso Strategic plan.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans for all FGSBS units, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and objectives.
- Oversee the development and implementation of policies, guidelines, and procedures for academic and administrative units.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to guide the organization's financial decisions.
- Manage the Banner student system for course-building, curriculum requirements, and student data entry.
- Oversee course management, class scheduling, audiovisual and classroom support.
- Process and maintain student files, degree plans, student records, and database information.
- Develop and implement policies and processes for FGSBS programs.
- Oversee support provided to committees appointed by the Dean of GSBS.
- Adhere to all TTUHSC policies, procedures, and processes.
- Personally demonstrate and act in accordance with TTUHSC's values.
- Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
- Seven years progressively responsible management experience required.
- Education beyond bachelor's level may substitute for required experience on a year-for-year basis.
