Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service:
    - Ensure exceptional service quality for both internal and external clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
    - Maintain comprehensive knowledge of banking products and services.
    - Suggest products and services that align with customer needs.
    - Assist customers with inquiries and provide necessary support.
    - Manage online banking PIN resets and updates.
    - Support customers with fraud-related claims.
  • Processing Duties:
    - Handle deposit and electronic banking functions.
    - Process wire transfer requests, ensuring daily wire port balancing, posting wires, and generating final reports.
    - Manage ACH processes, including incoming and outgoing prenotes, addressing stopped items, and performing daily maintenance.
    - Monitor bank transactions for potential fraudulent activity.
    - Balance accounts and process various requests related to online banking, debit cards, and more.
    - Execute returns and complete assigned OnBase tasks.
    - Update customer and account information as necessary.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    - Assist colleagues with overflow projects as needed.
    - Uphold high standards of customer service for all interactions.
    - Perform other duties as assigned.

To thrive in this role, candidates should possess at least one year of customer service experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. A two-year degree in business or accounting is preferred.
