We offer a competitive compensation package based on productivity, with an estimated salary range of $80,000-$107,000 per year, providing uncapped earning potential.

Job Description

As a highly skilled Licensed Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting therapy sessions, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive treatment plans. Your expertise and compassion will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must be fully licensed in Washington State and have experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations. You should be proficient in individual and couples therapy, with a strong understanding of evidence-based treatments.
