Job Overview

SYNERGY HomeCare of Olympia is seeking experienced and compassionate individuals to join our team as Professional Caregivers. Our mission is to provide exceptional care and support to our clients, empowering them to live independently in their own homes.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $20-$24 per hour, paid orientation and mentor training, time-and-a-half pay for overtime and holidays, extra pay for weekend shifts, direct deposit, medical, vision, dental insurance, confidential EAP benefit, vacation pay, sick pay, 401K employer matching retirement, long term disability, life insurance, and continuing education classes.

Job Responsibilities

As a Professional Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare of Olympia, you will be responsible for providing assistance with daily living activities, such as companionship, personal care, meal planning and preparation, light housekeeping, transportation for appointments and shopping. You will also assist with specialized care needed for clients with dementia, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, and other illnesses that accompany aging.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Must hold a CNA or HCA License, or be in a program or school to obtain one
  • Have a clean car, driver's license, and car insurance
