We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Nursing Home Administrator to join our team at Casa Real Center in Santa Fe, NM. As a strategic driver of business excellence, staff excellence, clinical excellence, and customer excellence, you will be responsible for leading our nursing center to provide high-quality care and compassion to our patients and residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and implement corrective action on nursing center financial reports.
  • Lead, guide, and direct department heads to ensure a high level of care and compassion.
  • Promote and represent the nursing center in the community to ensure favorable public relations.
  • Create an environment where employees are highly engaged and focused on providing the highest level of care.
  • Ensure regulatory and policy compliance within the nursing center.

Requirements:
  • Licensed according to state regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of administrative management techniques, supervisory practices, procedures, and principles.
  • Working knowledge of all government regulations impacting Nursing Centers.
  • On-call availability.
