We are looking for a committed and meticulous Cleaner to become a part of our organization. The successful candidate will be tasked with upholding cleanliness and sanitation at various client sites, ensuring that all duties are executed according to defined standards and cleaning protocols.

Primary Duties:

  1. Punctually arrive at client sites, execute cleaning tasks to set standards, and ensure the premises are secured upon leaving.
  2. Conduct a variety of cleaning activities, including sweeping, buffing, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, emptying waste bins, polishing surfaces, sanitizing restrooms, and cleaning windows.
  3. Inspect and replenish all dispensers and paper supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, toilet seat covers) during each shift.
  4. Change mop heads and vacuum bags as necessary.
  5. Review the quality of completed work to guarantee high standards are upheld.
  6. Request and provide inventory supplies to the Area Supervisor/Area Manager as required.
  7. Identify and report potential maintenance issues such as worn carpets, unstable furniture, or malfunctioning toilets either verbally or through the checklist.
  8. Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures related to task performance, product usage, and incident reporting.
  9. Perform any other reasonable duties as required within the scope of the role.

Qualifications:

Positive demeanor and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Capability to follow directions and acquire new skills.

Ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently.

Self-motivated individual who takes initiative to identify and complete tasks with minimal oversight.

Strong attention to detail.

Prior experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.

Ability to lift up to 20 pounds for brief periods.

Must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and have dependable transportation.
