Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and greet guests with a friendly attitude and ensure their dining experience is enjoyable.
  • Familiarize customers with the menu and make recommendations when requested.
  • Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
  • Pre-bus tables and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Practice responsible alcohol service and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare and deliver bills to customers, process payments, and provide accurate change.
  • Anticipate guests' needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to increase sales.
