POSITION REQUIREMENTS
• Experience in patent drafting and prosecution.
• Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic environment focused on delivering exceptional client service.
• A practical insight into the impact of patents in real-world applications. Familiarity with litigation and transactional law will be advantageous.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Physics or a related field such as Computer Engineering (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, etc.) or relevant industrial experience. Extensive knowledge in areas like computer hardware, networking systems, or semiconductor processes is a plus. Advanced degrees and professional experience are highly regarded, as they contribute to the protection of groundbreaking technologies and necessitate a solid grasp of current industry trends.
• Juris Doctor from a prestigious law school with a strong academic performance.
• Licensed to practice before the USPTO and the New York bar.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical abilities, creativity in problem-solving, and a proactive approach to project management.
• A robust drive and commitment to seeing projects through to fruition.
• Diverse interests, whether it be a passion for science fiction or culinary arts, as they thrive in the company of engaging individuals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
