Key Responsibilities
  • Arrive at work locations on time and maintain a considerate and friendly attitude towards colleagues and customers.
  • Perform cleaning work in an efficient and safe manner, as directed by team leaders or supervisors.
  • Assist with on-the-job training of new hires and transfers, as required.
  • Keep work areas and break rooms in a clean and organized condition.
  • Responsible for personal safety and the safety of others in the team.
  • Understand and adhere to all information located in the employee handbook.
  • Follow OSHA guidelines and MPW safety standards.
  • Ability to follow directions as provided by supervisor.
  • Reports any and all issues to the supervisor immediately.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred.
  • Some High School education acceptable.
  • Able to work safely and efficiently.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferred.
  • Professional oral and written interpersonal communications.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to move up to 50 Lbs., with or without accommodation.
  • Ability to maintain a consistent workload that involves physical manual labor.
  • Ability to maintain alertness and fitness for duty.
  • Ability to position oneself for work conducted in and around confined spaces.
  • Ability to wear respirators in environments that may expose you to chemicals, fumes, etc.
  • Ability to maintain workloads that may include travel to a variety of states for days or weeks, and daily timeframes that could exceed the typical 8-hour shift.
