Position Summary: The Robert H. Smith School of Business, a distinguished leader in management education and research, is actively seeking to fill a Professional Track Faculty role. This full-time, non-tenure track position may fall under the categories of Lecturer or Clinical Professor, contingent upon the candidate's qualifications and experience. A PhD is preferred, although substantial executive-level industry experience will also be considered.

Teaching Responsibilities: Candidates must demonstrate the ability to instruct courses in Information Systems, with a strong preference for those who can also teach object-oriented programming (especially Python), as well as VBA, Excel, and Database Management Systems, primarily at the undergraduate level. Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence and Big Data is advantageous.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will exhibit evidence of teaching excellence and the capacity to lead in educational innovation. Applicants are required to submit a CV, a list of courses previously taught along with proof of teaching effectiveness (such as teaching ratings or awards), a statement of teaching philosophy, and a cover letter that highlights relevant strengths.
