Role Overview

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled RN Clinical Supervisor to oversee the clinical care of homecare clients from admission through discharge. This role offers a unique blend of clinical oversight and administrative responsibilities, providing a diverse work experience that keeps each day exciting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage care delivery and personnel, ensuring high-quality clinical services.
  • Orient and evaluate homecare caregivers, ensuring their skills and competencies.
  • Foster caregiver development through education, training, and ongoing support.
  • Perform both in-office and field duties, including patient home visits.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Salary: $70,000 with an additional annual bonus potential of $3,500, paid out quarterly.

Requirements

  • Active RN license required (for states where office and patients are located).
  • A minimum of one year of RN experience is preferred.
