Princeton Baptist Medical Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Tele Unit team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing care to assigned patients on a per shift basis.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care, prioritizing patient needs and ensuring timely interventions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the advancement of nursing practice and patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Active and current registered nurse license in the state of residence/practice.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to serve as a role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing.
Education:
- Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
- Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor's or Master's degree).
Certifications:
- Must be currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice the profession as required by law, regulation, or policy.
- CPR certification.
