We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our team at LifeStance Health. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality mental healthcare services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations to diagnose and develop treatment plans for clients.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients, utilizing evidence-based treatments and interventions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited institution.
- State licensure as a Psychologist (Licensure requirements vary by state).
- Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competitive salary range: $145,000 - $155,000.
