About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and fun-loving occupational therapist to join our growing team of therapists who are dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of children.

As a pediatric occupational therapist at Share Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians to provide high-quality care to children aged birth to 18 years.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct pediatric developmental evaluations and therapy sessions in our clinic and possibly in-home
  • Document and report on patient progress and other related paperwork
  • Attend company meetings and in-service trainings to stay up-to-date on best practices
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our patients
  • Other related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Master's degree or higher in occupational therapy
  • Current license issued by the California Board of Occupational Therapy
  • Experience in pediatric therapy, including functional ADL skills and sensory processing
  • Ability to run, push, pull, bend, squat, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Successful completion of post-offer, pre-employment screening requirements, including a criminal background check and professional recommendations
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • Full vaccination against COVID-19
