As a Sales Associate at Torrid, your role will be to create a genuine connection with every customer, ensuring they feel comfortable, valued, and confident.


Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an exceptional shopping experience that promotes positive customer relationships and loyalty.
- Execute register operations while leveraging your sales expertise and product knowledge to enhance add-on sales.
- Maintain a flexible schedule, including availability for holidays, evenings, and weekends.
- Oversee the sales floor and ensure all visual merchandising standards are upheld.

- Assist in organizing the stockroom and maintain a clean, consistent, and inviting store atmosphere that encourages shopping.


Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment while remaining focused on delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Fashion-savvy with an awareness of current trends.
- Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation):
- Capable of standing and walking during scheduled shifts.
- Able to pack and unpack shipments, arrange and move store fixtures, and handle packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Proficient in reaching for merchandise using ladders, step stools, and other tools.
