Job Summary:The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting and rebalancing our electric vehicles, swapping batteries, and performing quality checks and minor repairs to ensure our vehicles are safe and ready for riders. This is a unique opportunity to work outdoors, be hands-on, and be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of mobility.
Responsibilities:- Follow Veo Tech app instructions to complete shift tasks and meet battery change targets
- Drive company vans to locate scooters and swap batteries
- Rebalance scooters from low-demand to high-demand areas
- Perform basic repair and quality checks
- Respond to on-demand requests to locate/retrieve scooters
- Assist with other tasks assigned by Operations Manager
- At least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Own a smartphone and be app-savvy
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs without assistance
- Great communication and attention to detail
- Knowledge of local geography and street layout
- Flexible schedule including early morning, night, and weekend shifts
- Related experience in warehouse, mechanical, manufacturing, delivery, etc.
