Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in completion of necessary assessment forms/documents as needed.
  • Orient clients to program services.
  • Provide oversight and monitoring of clients\u0027 whereabouts and behaviors.
  • Offer clients feedback and support.
  • Report client issues to staff.
  • Assist with light housekeeping duties, including shredding, trash, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and other areas as assigned.
  • Answer the phone and forward calls as needed.
  • Assist with transportation of clients to scheduled appointments, planned activities, or as directed by the supervisor.
  • Assist with searching client belongings.
  • Assist with rounds of the facility.
  • Assist with follow-up surveys and entering data.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Medication Management Certification or ability to obtain certification within 90 days of employment is required.
  • A valid driver\u0027s license and proof of automobile insurance is required.
  • Lived experience with recovery is a plus.
