Key Responsibilities

The Lead Truck Driver will be responsible for driving a tractor/trailer combination to destination, adhering to commercial driving regulations and demonstrating skill in maneuvering the vehicle in difficult situations. Key tasks include:

  • Completing necessary paperwork and relaying customer inquiries or complaints to supervisors
  • Maintaining accurate logs and records according to DOT regulations
  • Ensuring safe loading, handling, and transportation of materials and heavy cargo
