The Senior Epic Analyst II plays a crucial role in the configuration, management, and support of clinical applications within the Epic electronic health record (EHR) system for healthcare organizations.
This position involves addressing support and maintenance requests, executing routine builds, participating in on-call rotations, and engaging in special projects, including Epic upgrades, as required by the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary analyst for Epic maintenance, build, and configuration.
- Manage client support tickets and requests, ensuring thorough documentation and timely resolution.
- Lead application builds for Epic upgrades and oversee Nova Note Review and Build.
- Implement testing protocols and support go-live activities in a command center environment.
- Identify opportunities for improvement proactively, mentor junior analysts, and cultivate strong relationships with clients and peers.
