Chase Staffing, formerly Chase Professionals, is actively seeking a qualified Accounts Receivable Specialist.

This position requires in-person attendance from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts and incoming payments in accordance with financial policies.
  • Conduct daily financial transactions, including verification, classification, computation, posting, and recording of accounts receivable data.
  • Prepare and process bank deposits.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable aging to ensure accurate payment postings.
  • Address discrepancies and resolve client billing issues.
  • Facilitate invoice payments by communicating with clients.
  • Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.
  • Participate in special projects and perform additional accounts receivable duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in accounting or an associate degree is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in collections and cash posting.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong communication, research, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to foster relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Adherence to high standards of integrity and ethical behavior.
  • Team-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
  • Effective management of priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
