Travel Nurse RN Specialist

Job Summary:
- Specialize in providing high-quality care to patients with diverse needs and backgrounds.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Ensure seamless transitions between healthcare settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care services, including medication management, wound care, and emotional support.
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
- Develop and update care plans to meet patients' changing needs.
Requirements:
- RN licensure and certification in relevant specialties (e.g., hospice, palliative care).
- At least 1 year of experience in hospice or palliative care settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
