We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Systems Optimization Specialist to join our team at ALAANT. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing existing technology systems to identify areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze existing technology systems to identify business needs and opportunities for improvement
  • Proactively eliminate underutilized software and applications while optimizing the performance of existing tools
  • Collaborate with business units throughout the software deployment process to ensure chosen solutions align with user needs and preferences
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • Banking experience required, with a focus on deposit services, electronic banking, or loan operations
  • Experience with software applications such as FIS Suite, Teller Capture, ARCA, and ATM Set Up is a plus
  • Project management skills and vendor management experience are preferred
  • Excellent customer service and relationship building skills are required
