  • Assist with payment portal management and program fee tracking.
  • Coordinate the snack program, including ordering, inventory, and record-keeping.
  • Perform general office duties, such as photocopying, faxing, and filing.
  • Assist with room clean-up as needed.
  • Supervise students and staff in the absence of the Site Coordinator.
  • Work on special projects assigned by the Site Coordinator.
  • Assist with coaching and training of staff and volunteers.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma Required.
  • 48 College Units or 60 college quarter units.
  • Ability to speak and write standard English appropriate in a public-school setting.
  • Must clear TB and Fingerprint check (Livescan).
  • Must be available during school hours.
