Job Summary:

Acuren Inspection, Inc. is seeking a skilled NDT Level II Technician to support our operations in Smithville, MO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipment to ensure accurate results.
  • Conduct tests to detect discontinuities and ensure quality using NDT methods of inspection.
  • Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, adhering to safety regulations.
  • Apply testing criteria in accordance with specifications and evaluate results.
  • Interpret radiographs, CRT or digital readouts, conductivity meters, and visual indicators.
  • Organize and report test results.
  • Perform specialized inspections and instruct others as needed.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Some college preferred.
  • Certified Level II.
  • Technical background in NDT methods and procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively perform assigned NDT tasks and interpret results.
  • Knowledge of NDT equipment and experience in report writing.
