In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional technical assistance for the Phocas suite of products. Your primary responsibility will be to assist our clients by providing effective support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving a range of customer inquiries.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and address requests from Phocas' users.
  • Conduct thorough troubleshooting to identify issues, offering workaround solutions and conducting root cause analysis.
  • Quickly assess system and application problems and implement necessary corrective measures.
  • Facilitate end-user training to maximize customer utilization of our solutions.
  • Take ownership of support cases, ensuring our clients receive top-tier assistance.
  • Document, track, monitor, and report on support cases effectively.

Starting Base Salary: $50,000/year.

Qualifications

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required (students currently pursuing these degrees are also encouraged to apply).

Key Skills:

While prior industry experience is not mandatory, strong customer engagement abilities are essential. Familiarity with SQL, data integration, databases, and data analytics is advantageous. The ideal candidate will possess:
