Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned executive to oversee the day-to-day operations of our global business, drive strategic expansion into new markets, and achieve significant revenue growth while maintaining the highest standards of efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Strategic Plans: Create and execute operational plans to support international expansion and enhance market presence across all business units.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth across RV, boat manufacturing, and modular housing sectors.
  • Foster a Culture of Innovation: Encourage a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and peak performance across all divisions.
  • Manage Supply Chain and Production: Oversee comprehensive supply chain, production, and workforce planning to effectively support operations domestically and internationally.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Teams: Work closely with sales and marketing teams of all divisions to maximize market penetration and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure Financial Sustainability: Develop and implement strategies to ensure financial sustainability and enhanced profitability across all business entities.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Base Salary: $150,000 annually
  • Sales Bonus: 1% of gross sales across all divisions, uncapped, to incentivize groundbreaking achievements.
  • Profitability Bonus: 10% of the increase in annual net profit from all divisions, promoting efficient and profitable management.
  • Equity Incentives: Stock options or RSUs valued at 20% of the base salary, vesting over 4 years.
  • Discretionary Bonus: Up to 10% of the base salary for exceptional performance and strategic contributions.
  • Additional Benefits: Comprehensive health benefits, 401(k) with company match, executive travel allowances, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Executive Experience: Extensive experience as a COO or in a similar leadership role, ideally within manufacturing or related sectors.
  • Business Acumen: Broad understanding of business operations including HR, Finance, Marketing, etc., across multiple industries.
  • Strategic Planning: Demonstrated capability in strategic planning and business development, particularly with a focus on international expansion.
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics across varied business units.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and public speaking skills.
  • Decision-Making: Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
