POSITION SUMMARY

The warehouse order selector plays a crucial role in the logistics operation, tasked with accurately filling, verifying, and processing customer orders. This includes staging products for delivery or storage, ensuring efficiency and precision in daily operations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods.
  • Physical activities including walking, kneeling, bending, and lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs. Coordination of hands, arms, and vision is essential for handling products.
  • Capable of managing multiple responsibilities and tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are required to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors, along with the ability to perform basic mathematical operations to interpret customer orders.
  • Willingness to seek assistance and adhere to established methods and procedures as directed by management.
  • Compliance with all safety regulations and company policies is mandatory.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks consistently and manage responsibilities effectively.
  • Readiness to take on necessary duties and challenges as they arise.
  • Maintain a tidy and efficient workspace.
  • Occasionally, collaboration with colleagues from different departments may be necessary to achieve optimal results.
  • Participation in monthly safety training sessions is required.
