Job Title: Warehouse Selector

Job Summary:
Weis Markets is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Selector to join our team. As a Warehouse Selector, you will be responsible for selecting and organizing products on pallets for shipment to retail locations. If you are a team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for ensuring accuracy and efficiency, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
Utilize a voice-activated headset system to determine item locations and quantities.
Drive powered industrial equipment, such as electric pallet jacks, to item locations.
Complete pre-operation inspections and documentation prior to operating equipment.
Place and organize products on pallets in a stable and efficient manner.
Visually inspect products for damage or improper packaging and secure them with shrink wrap for safe delivery.

Requirements:
Working towards completion of a high school diploma or GED.
