Job Title: Helpdesk Analyst

Collabera is seeking a highly skilled Helpdesk Analyst to join our team. As a Helpdesk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
