Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Controls Specialist to join our team at Reliance One, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in robotics and controls engineering, with experience in designing and implementing automation solutions for manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement automation controls systems for manufacturing processes
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for automation systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Provide technical guidance and support to production teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in automation and controls engineering

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Instrumentation, Robotics, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in automation controls engineering
  • Experience with PLC programming, HMI development, and robotics programming
  • Strong understanding of industrial safety standards and requirements
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
