We are seeking both Licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) and Licensed Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join our growing team in Texas.

Position Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic & dedicated individuals who are willing to help patients regain or maintain mobility and independence.

Candidates must have previous experience in home health and be familiar with the OASIS assessment tool.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients' physical abilities, mobility, strength, and pain levels to develop customized treatment plans.
  • Create and implement physical therapy treatment plans to improve the patient's movement, strength, balance, and functionality.
  • Direct physical therapy treatment and supervise PTAs (for PTs).
  • Assist in providing physical therapy treatment under the supervision of a PT (for PTAs).
  • Instruct patients, families, and caregivers in the use and care of therapeutic appliances.
  • Work with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Track patients' progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and document all visits and assessments promptly.

Requirements:

  • Must be currently licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant in the State of Texas.
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or a Bachelors degree Physical Therapy.
  • Home health experience is preferred but not always required; strong clinical skills are a must.
  • Compliant with accepted professional standards and practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to adapt therapy techniques based on patient needs and changing medical conditions.
  • Knowledge of Kinnser/WellSky EMR is preferred.
  • Valid CPR certification.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
