Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Lewis & Clark Capital. As the go-to person for all aspects of office operations, you will provide strong, reliable support to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor cash flow operations, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  • Complete month-end procedures, including reconciling bank statements and distributing financial reports.
  • Work with an outside accounting firm to close out year-end statements.
  • Monitor monthly budgets and provide updates to ensure adherence to budget constraints.
  • Act as part of the Quality Improvement board to evaluate Facility and Product Improvement Projects.
  • Pull payroll reports and complete GL entry.
Human Resources:
  • Manage full-time hiring, including interviewing, hiring, training, performance reviews, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
  • Coordinate new-hire procedures, including employee orientation and paperwork.
  • Maintain employee files, records, and payroll documents.
  • Monitor quarterly tax filings and maintain Workman's Compensation records.
  • Manage benefits programs, including insurance, 401K, Cobra, HSA, and FSA.
General Office:
  • Manage outside IT support, including hardware purchases and software development.
  • Manage company insurance, including Property and Casualty, Workman's Compensation, Liability, and Vehicle.
  • Manage CDL license and compliance.
  • Confirm price and production quantity by comparing customer orders to sales quotes.
  • Provide work orders to Production Specialists and coordinate open orders reports.
  • Manage contractor relationships.
