Job Summary
Kiewit Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Survey Party Chief to join our team. As a key member of our Survey team, you will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining safe, accurate, and efficient survey field operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement survey field operations procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and manage a team of surveyors and technicians to conduct field surveys and data collection.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure survey data is accurate and meets project requirements.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with survey operations, including safety and quality control.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure survey operations meet their needs and expectations.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in survey field operations, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
