Aviation Career Specialist

Join StandardAero, a leader in MRO services and customized solutions in the aerospace field, as an NDT II Inspector. In this role, you will perform accurately and in compliance with industry standards and regulations while being familiar with the scope and limitations of the method of NDT being used.
Key Responsibilities:- Set up and calibrate non-destructive testing equipment in accordance with industry requirements.
- Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities (defects) using NDT methods of inspection.
- Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations.
- Apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications or standards and evaluate results.
- Organize and report test results.
- May instruct and supervise others.
- Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by management.
- Understands the application of the tools at hand to ensure the efficiency and quality of inspections.
- Communicates, speaks, and writes clearly and informatively.
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.

- High School Diploma or equivalent. Some college is desirable.
- ASNT NDT Certification, or equivalent certifiable training. Candidate must present proof of class and/or OJT training.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively perform assigned NDT tasks and interpret results of inspections.
