Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Quality and Reliability Teams are responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and production systems. We are seeking a Quality and Reliability Technician I to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform all tasks in a safe manner
  • Understand and fully utilize all applicable procedures
  • Operate all equipment needed to perform job
  • Perform all in-process and finished product testing as required by specification or as assigned by management
  • Coordinate with QA Leadership, Shift Supervisor/Leader, Process Engineer, and other Operations team members to resolve issues or discrepancies
  • Actively participate in safety, product, and compliance audits
  • Enter correct data into database, perform analysis of data, and report trends that indicate process issues
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives for the QA and Operations teams
  • Communicate effectively with internal customers as well as co-workers to solve problems and enhance capabilities of the team
Requirements
  • 3-6 months related experience and/or training in Quality
  • Preferred experience with commonly accepted standard lab testing concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Experience using Personal computers with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Windows, and Word
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
