Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with teachers to provide individualized support to students in small group settings.
  • Implement the SESI academic rotational model to advance student potential and reinforce learning and skills.
  • Partner with teachers to provide customized behavior and academic support, conduct assessments, and track student progress.
  • Assist teachers with large group activities, grading, and providing accommodations and modifications as needed.
  • Utilize behavior support and intervention strategies to maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.
  • Implement de-escalation techniques and crisis management to ensure student and staff safety.
  • Support the creation and implementation of daily plans to promote student growth and progress.
  • Document and track student growth and progress toward academic, social, and emotional goals.
  • Supervise students and ensure their safety at all times.

Requirements
