HOK is seeking a skilled Marketing Professional to join our Experience Design team. This role can be located in various HOK offices across the United States.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality proposals, qualifications packages, and presentations.
- Collaborate with practice leaders to establish priorities and protocols for responding to RFPs and marketing inquiries.
- Develop and write portions of proposals, as well as establish and manage timelines and assignments to complete effective submittals.
- Write and update project and personnel resumes for marketing purposes.
- Coordinate information from consultant firms for inclusion in proposals and presentations.
- Seek and incorporate new references into marketing submittals.
- Coordinate services of outside graphics and reprographic vendors for marketing purposes.
- Oversee the maintenance of marketing files, including up-to-date files of submittals.
- Interact with HOK marketing staff to obtain and exchange information as needed.
- Develop and manage the production of specialty brochures, mailers, announcements, and other marketing materials.
- Attend pre-proposal conferences, professional meetings, and other marketing-related events as necessary.
- Help HOK develop and manage new technology in marketing and its use for the firm's advantage.
- Assist with cold calls and lead-finding research as needed.
- Active upkeep and use of marketing databases, including opportunity tracking, projects, resumes, holiday card lists, consultant lists, and other relevant information.
- Maintain supplies and equipment for marketing efforts.
- Foster a commitment to external and internal client service.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrated ability in technical writing.
- Ability to work efficiently and within an organized manner.
- Ability to maintain a strong sense of focus and confidence under tight deadlines and varying workloads.
- Excellent ability to multi-task, responding to constantly changing needs and schedules.
- Strong editing and proofreading abilities.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and Adobe Creative Suite applications, such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Equivalent of a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of marketing experience in the architecture, interior design, engineering, construction, or real estate development industry.
Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, education, and location. The reasonably expected annual salary range for this position is $62,000 to $68,000.
