Equipped with modern examination rooms, digital imaging capabilities, and an on-site laboratory for comprehensive testing, we operate every day of the week from 8 AM to 8 PM.

We offer a competitive compensation structure based on an attractive hourly wage. Full-time clinical personnel are eligible for a 401k plan, paid time off, and a continuing medical education (CME) allowance.

Key Responsibilities

As an APN, you will report directly to our Medical Director and will be responsible for:

Providing high-quality medical services in our urgent care setting.

Overseeing all facets of patient care during your shifts.

Supervising and guiding the center's clinical team.

Ensuring timely and accurate completion of patient documentation.

Adhering to established clinical guidelines and protocols.

Qualifications

  • Valid medical license in NJ, NJ C.D.S. card, and Federal D.E.A. license.
  • Board certification.
  • A.C.L.S certification.
  • Experience in treating patients across all age groups, from pediatrics to geriatrics.
  • Clinical skills in suturing, abscess drainage, and minor fracture management.
  • Clean record regarding medical malpractice.
  • Strong communication skills with patients, families, and staff.
  • Willingness to mentor and support clinical colleagues.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude towards patient care.
