We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our manufacturing team as a Facilities Custodian. The Manufacturing Custodian will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, safety, and organization within the manufacturing facility.

This role is essential to ensure a sanitary and efficient working environment for our production team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will perform regular cleaning and sanitation of manufacturing equipment, workspaces, hallways, breakrooms, team rooms, and common areas according to established protocols and safety standards.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in custodial or janitorial work, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.
  • Understanding of safety protocols and regulations related to chemical handling and waste management.
  • Ability to follow instruction and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
