- Ensure a tidy and organized workspace by adhering to safety protocols and implementing safety initiatives.
- Assess defective items for potential repair and propose solutions for recurring issues.
- Interpret manufacturing and material specifications accurately.
- Provide guidance to suppliers and operators on various inquiries or challenges.
- Lead and direct the production team by establishing goals and objectives, assessing performance, and mentoring team members.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with 3-6 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting, including supervisory responsibilities.

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting manufacturing blueprints and basic GD&T.
