RN Float Peds with Multiple Shifts and FTE Opportunities

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our Float Pediatric Unit at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. As a Float RN, you will have the opportunity to work in various pediatric units, providing high-quality care to our young patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to pediatric patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
