We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Short Stay Unit at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, assessing, and developing individualized plans of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- Washington Registered Nurse License - if practicing within this state.
- 1 year - Nursing experience.
