We are seeking an experienced nurse to join our team as a Lead Poisoning Prevention Coordinator. This role involves working closely with healthcare providers and families to prevent lead poisoning in children and pregnant women.

**Job Overview:**

This position plays a vital role in preventing environmental disease and injury in homes, communities, and the workplace. As a Lead Poisoning Prevention Coordinator, you will work collaboratively with healthcare providers and families to provide care coordination for cases of lead poisoned children and pregnant women.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate care for lead poisoned children and pregnant women
  • Work with healthcare providers to ensure proper treatment and follow-up
  • Collaborate with families to provide education and support on lead poisoning prevention
  • Participate in special projects related to lead poisoning prevention

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's of Science degree in Nursing from a regionally-accredited college or university or one recognized by the New York State Education Department as following acceptable educational practices
  • License and current registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State

**Salary Range:

The salary range for this position is $84,405 - $123,425 per year.
