About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Creative Director to join our team at Heartbeat. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the creative vision and strategy for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client engagements in partnership with Account Directors to develop and execute innovative marketing solutions.
  • Collaborate with Creative teams to conceive and create compelling on-strategy marketing ideas and executions.
  • Manage and own creative output across design, copy, and UX on assigned engagements.
  • Partner with Account and Strategy teams to strengthen engagement strategies and Creative Briefs.
  • Successfully lead creative output for business development opportunities and pitches.
  • Align creative work against strategy and business objectives.
  • Deliver fluent knowledge of interactive and print capabilities, animation, and user experience.
  • Manage a group of direct reports (Copy and Art) and actively participate in review processes.
  • Shepherd creative deliverables through obstacles internal and external, prioritizing quality.
