CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled Asset Protection Specialist to join our team. As an Asset Protection Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our Asset Protection programs, policies, and procedures for our Distribution Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the security of company assets, including employees, building, product, supplies, etc.
  • Conduct internal and external investigations, including theft, fraud, and safety violations.
  • Oversee Environmental Health and Safety programs, conducting operational audits and monitoring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Support business operations, including supervising Distribution Center Quality Auditors and contracted Uniformed Security Guard services.
  • Perform investigations, conduct operational audits, and collaborate with Distribution Center Operations to ensure safety policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Assist with monitoring compliance with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Provide training, development, and awareness to other colleagues through various platforms.
  • Support Asset Protection Field Operations as needed.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in Asset Protection, Retail Operations, or similar related experience.
  • Associates Degree or higher preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in Asset Protection, Retail Operations, or similar related experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
  • Industry Certification (LPC, LPQ, CFE, CPP, CFI, etc.).
  • Wicklander-Zulawski Interview & Interrogation Certified.
  • Experience with MS Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
