Position Overview: As a Sales Team Leader, you exemplify outstanding sales techniques and are passionate about delivering an exceptional customer journey. Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft unforgettable shopping experiences that encourage customers to return, driven by the consistent, friendly, and knowledgeable service you provide and inspire in your team.
  • Maintain a vibrant store atmosphere through impeccable execution of Visual Merchandising and Replenishment standards, demonstrating a commitment to a clean, organized, and inviting shopping environment.
  • Utilize key promotional campaigns and services, such as new product launches and special offers, to actively engage with customers and drive sales.
  • Foster employee development by sharing your expertise and supporting their understanding of various store functions.
  • Oversee efficient store operations by managing tasks related to receiving, returns, and daily processes, while being mindful of shrinkage and expenses.
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous operational improvement to enhance the shopping experience for both customers and team members.
  • Collaborate effectively with the store team, providing constructive feedback when necessary.
  • Drive performance during assigned Manager on Duty (MOD) shifts, achieving sales and operational targets.
  • Lead merchandising and replenishment initiatives during MOD periods.
  • Ensure the safety of employees and customers by managing store opening and closing procedures.
  • Adhere to company standards regarding safety, customer experience, and operational protocols, including asset protection.
  • Engage actively on the sales floor, which involves physical activities such as standing, bending, lifting, and climbing.
