Work Schedule: 40 hour/week, (Open Monday-Sun 10am-8pm)
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional sales and customer service.
- Oversee the opening and closing procedures of the store.
- Restock merchandise as needed.
- Manage and organize store inventory effectively.
- Ensure attractive store displays are maintained.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization within the store.
- Provide gift wrapping services.
- Conduct physical inventory counts.
- Receive and process ocean shipments.
- Transfer products from the warehouse to the retail space.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse.
- Input inventory data into the POS system.
- Create and manage employee schedules.
- Plan and implement promotional and marketing strategies.
- Set sales targets and monitor progress.
- Handle purchase orders efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team with retail experience.
- Demonstrated experience in retail management.
- Proficiency in English; Japanese language skills are a plus.
