Seattle Children's is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our team in providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric healthcare and experience in ambulatory care settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and assume primary responsibility for clinical management of patients in ambulatory, operating room, emergency department, and inpatient settings.
- Collaborate with department attending physicians, specialists, and other members of the health care team to deliver effective, efficient, safe, and high-quality care.
- Contribute to organizational and departmental continuous performance and quality improvement projects.
- Participate in education and research efforts for patients, families, and the health care team.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in nursing with a concentration in a pediatric or family nurse practitioner program (for NPs) or graduate of a nationally accredited physician assistant program (for PAs).
- Active, unencumbered registered nurse and advanced registered nurse practitioner licensure in the State of Washington (for NPs) or active, unencumbered physician assistant licensure in the State of Washington (for PAs).
- Current national certification as a pediatric or family nurse practitioner (for NPs) or initial certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (for PAs).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Two years of experience in advanced practice provider role and pediatric healthcare.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $125,544 - $184,640 Annual USD.
