Patient Care Coordinator Specialist

We are The Advanced Hearing Center, a reputable audiology practice located in Manhattan and Long Island. With over a decade of experience serving the local area, we take pride in our patient care and attention.
As a goal-oriented Medical Receptionist, you will handle tasks such as:
- answering phones
- scheduling patients
- performing basic office duties
- utilizing Microsoft Suite software
- executing basic online functions
- greeting patients in a kind and polite manner
- communicating effectively among 7 different offices to optimize office functionality
- demonstrating determination to meet monthly goals
In addition to these responsibilities, you will possess:
- knowledge of insurance
- the ability to multi-task
- internet and technology savviness
- patient recall skills for retention
Preferred qualifications include experience with Customer Service, Receptionist, or Patient Care roles. Proficiency with counsel ear use is also an asset.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $14.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. You will work standard 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
